Care Done Differently is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in the Wollongong–Kiama area.
About the Role
- 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to grow.
- Overnight shift
- Shifts will vary between 2–8 hours, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends.
- Work may include in-home supports, community access, and daily living assistance.
- You’ll be matched with participants to ensure the right fit, supporting them to achieve their goals and independence.
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Mental Health, or a related field
Minimum 12 months experience on the floor
Experience with Personal Care, Manual handling, Medication administration
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
WWCC (Working With Children Check)
Drivers licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a caring attitude
