CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a long-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services Company enjoying continued growth throughout Queensland.
To support our business development strategy, we are seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our friendly team. If you're a proactive, organised individual with exceptional telemarketing skills and a proven track record, we'd love to hear from you.
20 hours a week, Monday – Thursday 9.30 am – 2.30 pm
The successful applicant will possess:
- Demonstrated success in a telemarketing role, with a strong track record of generating leads and booking appointments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects through both phone calls and digital channels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and refine strategies for optimal performance.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to maximise outreach effectiveness.
What you’ll do:
- Warm calling prospective and existing business clients and securing appointments for Business Development colleagues to make presentations to clients
- Formulate and implement personal Appointment Setting campaigns
- Contact clients and prospective clients by phone and email, effectively negotiate ‘gatekeepers’, and capitalize on opportunities to: Market our services and products, establish clients’ potential needs, create prospects / qualified sales leads
- Identifying and compiling credible lead lists
- Updating and maintaining our client/prospective client database.
What you will bring to the team:
- Success in a similarly demanding, fast paced Appointment Setting position, including consistently meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to quickly establish personal and professional credibility and establish effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills over the phone and in writing, an active listener adept at acquiring information through effective questioning, complemented by a highly professional telephone manner
- Above average tenacity, resilience, self-motivation and determination to consistently achieve targets
- Natural flair for organization and attention to detail, able to achieve high performance in a fast paced, deadline driven, results oriented environment
