Caring Supports For You is seeking a reliable and compassionate Casual Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for a male participant requiring assistance with community access.
About the Role
This role involves supporting a participant to engage in the community and attend appointments. You will be working closely with one individual, building a consistent and supportive relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with community access (e.g. outings, social activities)
- Transporting the participant to appointments
- Providing general support to promote independence and wellbeing
- Ensuring a safe and respectful environment at all times
About You
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or similar (required)
- Experience working with people with disabilities (required)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate nature
