About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting while partnering with leaders across RACGP. You'll develop business cases, maintain reporting tools and dashboards, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
As our Finance Business Partner & Analyst, you'll also:
- Support the Partnering stream within the FP&A team
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports for executive leaders and key stakeholders
- Working closely with business leaders, deliver budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for allocated business areas in collaboration with finance leadership
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships and enhance financial capability across the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
- CA/CPA qualified with strong finance expertise
- Proven budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience.
