About Us
Hallowed Ground Cafe is a brand-new cafe opening inside a newly developed town centre in Carseldine. We are excited to build a strong, positive team from the ground up and create a welcoming space for both our customers and staff.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Barista / All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis, with approximately 20–30 hours per week available.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Has at least 1 year of barista experience
Takes pride in the quality of the products they serve
Is polite and professional with customers, without being overly talkative
Has a warm and approachable personality
Can read situations well and understand what customers may need
Shows initiative and follows through with action
Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to grow
Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
