Kids Resort Early Learning Centre – Point Cook
Kids Resort is seeking a passionate and collaborative Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program.
The room is licensed for up to 32 children each day and is supported by an experienced team of five educators who know the children, routines and program well.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the existing room team
- Value the experience and ideas of other educators
- Be open to feedback and suggestions when planning the kindergarten program
- Contribute positively to our supportive and team-focused workplace culture
- Provide an engaging, child-centred and inclusive kindergarten program
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
Essential requirements
- Current VIT registration
- Early Childhood Teaching qualification approved by ACECQA
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
- Commitment to child-safe practices
Previous experience as an Early Childhood Teacher is preferred; however, we will also consider a newly qualified teacher who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong teamwork, a willingness to learn and an ability to work within our established service culture.
