As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while creating a positive, high-performing culture where children, families, and educators flourish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a passionate team of educators and leaders.
- Driving occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family partnerships.
- Managing centre operations, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Affinity policies.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes.
- Guiding the team towards achieving and maintaining excellence under the National Quality Framework.
- Creating a culture focused on safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth.
You are an experienced and motivated early childhood leader who is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional outcomes.
You will have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role within early education.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving occupancy and business targets.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to compliance, quality improvement, and child safety.
