Registrar - Service - Obstetrics & Gynaecology
This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments for 6 - 12 months with the possibility of extension(s).
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/10/2026.
Position Profile:
Service Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology required for a busy tertiary unit. Applicants need to be suitably skilled to manage Birth Suite, Obstetrics and gynaecology outpatients and inpatients in addition to common emergency gynaecological presentations, including junior doctor training and supervision. The roster is a 24/7 rotating roster with adequate consultant support and supervision. Candidates will be encouraged in career progression.

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
Fremantle Hospital (FH) is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.
Rockingham General Hospital is a public hospital in Rockingham, Western Australia, in the southwest of the Perth Metropolitan Region. Our 229-bed hospital has an emergency department, operating theatres, medical, surgical and paediatric wards.
