This is a flexible contractor opportunity where work is offered on a job-by-job basis, allowing you to choose jobs that suit your availability.
As our business grows, there will be opportunities for ongoing work across residential, commercial, strata and holiday accommodation properties.
Job Description
We are seeking contractors who have experience in one or more of the following services:
Cleaning Services
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Office cleaning
- End of lease cleaning
- Airbnb & holiday property cleaning
- Move-in & move-out cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Spring cleaning
Gardening Services
- Lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Weeding
- Hedge trimming
- Garden clean-ups
- Green waste removal
- General garden maintenance
Rubbish Removal
- Household rubbish removal
- Hard rubbish removal
- Green waste removal
- Garage and shed clean-outs
- Property clean-ups
- Tip runs
Property Maintenance
- Minor handyman repairs
- Furniture assembly
- Fence and gate repairs
- Flyscreen replacement
- Minor patching and repairs
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Basic property inspections
- General property tidy-ups
- Lockbox installation
- Smoke alarm battery replacement (where legally permitted)
- Reporting maintenance issues to clients
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the listed services
- Reliable and professional
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Own equipment relevant to your trade (preferred)
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
