Expert Hearing Care is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Support Officer to join our growing team in our East Perth Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to create engaging content while supporting the promotion of our independent hearing healthcare services across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
- Assist with the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements.
- Update and maintain website content.
- Coordinate community events, expos, and outreach activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
- Manage online reviews and support the clinic's digital presence.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and suppliers.
- Support internal communications and brand consistency across all clinics.
