We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, referral networks, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with education agents, migration professionals, community organisations, and businesses.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified client leads.
- Build relationships with international and local partners.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and conversion process.
- Represent Visamart Consultants at networking events and online meetings.
- Collaborate with the migration and education teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet agreed business development and growth targets.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, education, migration, or professional services.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience working with international clients is highly regarded.
Preferred Experience
- Education consultancy experience.
- Migration industry experience.
- Recruitment agency experience.
- Existing professional network within Australia or overseas.
