About the role:
GO.FARM is seeking 2–3 Seasonal Farm Hands to support the Petro team in South West NSW during the upcoming harvest period. Starting in mid-October for approximately 4–5 weeks, this opportunity offers practical, hands-on experience in a farming environment.
The hourly rate is $36–$42, depending on experience, paid as a flat rate for all hours worked.
Accommodation will be provided at no cost for the duration of the role. Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting harvest and general farm activities, including grain handling and logistics
- Safely operating farm machinery and equipment, including chaser bins, mother bins, and inload and unload bagging machines etc.
For this role, we’re looking for:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work longer hours when operationally required
- A current driver’s licence
Farm machinery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided where required.
