Digital Health Services provides high-level strategic leadership and accountability, and clinical and technical operational support services relating to digital health, ICT and the clinical systems used across CHHHS for treatment, diagnostics, administration, reporting and other business functions.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will....
Provide high level expert technical advice and consultancy in relation to network design, cloud and managed services, server and server infrastructure, systems integration, service provisioning and ICT and digital services facilitation.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and internal and external service providers to ensure digital health services remain compliant with applicable legislation, policies, procedures, internal and external guidelines, standards and regulations.
Ensure that there are defined escalation pathways for digital health compliance, ensuring consistent processes are in place for management and committees to review, prioritise and approve corrective actions.
Coordinate information security activities across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service and manage security risks effectively.
Develop action plans to streamline existing processes and implement operational efficiencies that improve organisational outcomes.
