Key Duties:
- Cut, trim and shape hair using clippers, scissors and razors.
- Provide beard and moustache trimming, shaping and grooming services.
- Perform men’s grooming services including fades, shaves, line‑ups and contemporary styles.
- Apply basic colouring or toning services suitable for barbershop clients.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles based on hair type and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation and sanitise tools regularly.
- Manage client bookings, handle payments and assist with general shop operations.
- Promote and sell grooming products used in the barbershop.
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist: Barber
Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

Pay: $79,500.00 – $89,500.00 per year
