Retirement Living – Operations Manager
About the Opportunity
ACH Group is seeking Expressions of Interest from current employees for an operations manager secondment within our Retirement Living team.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership across ACH Group’s Retirement Living portfolio, with a strong focus on delivering positive resident experiences, effective village and tenancy management, sales performance, compliance, asset optimisation and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The successful applicant will:
- Lead Retirement Living operations and support Village Managers (Engagement & Sales)
- Champion a positive, consistent and responsive resident experience.
- Oversee tenancy, village operations, resident engagement and compliance.
- Drive sales and occupancy.
- Monitor financial performance, risks and key operational measures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support asset optimisation, maintenance and refurbishment.
- Lead continuous improvement and promote a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with ACH Group’s purpose and Good Lives philosophy.
About You
We are seeking an ACH Group employee who can demonstrate:
- Leadership experience in property, retirement living, community services or a related environment.
- Strong customer, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex issues.
- Sound understanding of tenancy, retirement living, WHS and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, reporting and digital capabilities.
- A commitment to Good Lives, Reablement, Real Experiences, Right Relationships and Roles.
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Property or a related discipline are desirable and aligned with the requirements of the substantive position.
