THE ROLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Under general direction, provide assistance with administrative processes and information systems such as the Client Relationship Management sytem, fleet administration, room bookings and logistical planning
- Keep accurate reports and records of financial information and assets management and perform financial administration duties under approval
- Assist with administrative processes in relation to stakeholder correspondence with FSV, DFFH and Partner agency staff and stakeholders, and be able to answer queries, provide timely advice and undertake general follow up action as required
