The Workforce, People and Culture (WPC) Directorate is responsible for the provision of workforce consultancy services to the district. We are seeking an Administrator with Human Resources and/or Legal Secretary experience to join our team and play a key role in supporting HR operations through high-quality administrative services, professional communication, and effective coordination.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of HR activities including employment matters and employment law. You will be responsible for drafting of letters, preparation, and coordination of IR/ ER documentation, managing competing priorities, maintaining electronic records, supporting reporting requirements and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and confidential HR services.
