About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our Taproom team.
You’ll be responsible for providing great customer service, serving beer and beverages, taking food and drink orders and helping keep the venue running smoothly. You’ll need to be confident working independently, including opening and closing the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Pour and serve beer, wine and other beverages, including cocktails as required
- Develop a strong knowledge of Wolf beers and confidently make recommendations
- Take and process food, beverage, takeaway and merchandise orders
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wider FOH team
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming bar and venue
- Restock beer, glassware and FOH supplies
- Complete opening and closing procedures and checklists
- Assist with functions & events
- Follow RSA, food safety, and venue procedures
- Report stock, equipment or operational issues to the appropriate manager
About You
- Previous hospitality experience in a bar, pub, brewery, restaurant or similar
- Experience opening and closing a venue
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Genuine interest in craft beer and hospitality
- Reliable, organised and able to stay calm during busy service
- Well presented with a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
- Current RSA certificate
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work on your feet and safely move beverage stock as required
Pay: $33.85 – $34.96 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 15.0 per week
