About the Role
We are seeking Male Disability Support Workers to join our team to support male participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern. This role is suited to individuals who are confident, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will work across home and community settings, supporting participants to build independence, maintain routines, and achieve their personal goals in line with their support plans.
Your Responsibilities -
- Supporting participants with daily living tasks and community access
- Assisting with medication and mealtime support where required
- Following Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Completing progress notes and incident reports
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social participation
About You -
- You are reliable, patient, and compassionate
- You communicate well and work positively within a team
- You can remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- You are passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
- Experience in disability, mental health, youth work, or similar industries is highly regarded

Pay: $43.23 – $45.50 per hour
