ABOUT NATIONAL PROPERTY LOGISTICS
National Property Logistics manages a large portfolio of trustee-owned and institution-managed properties throughout Australia, including regional and remote locations.
As our portfolio and operational footprint continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a Business Consultant to support organisational growth through process optimization, operational improvement, supplier strategy and business performance initiatives.
The primary purpose of this position is to review existing business operations, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes across the organization.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Business Consultant will work closely with management to analyse current systems, review business performance and develop scalable operational processes across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and evaluate current business systems, operational structures and service delivery processes.
- Identify organisational inefficiencies and develop practical solutions.
- Analyse workflows and recommend revised operating procedures.
- Conduct operational reviews and prepare recommendations.
- Develop and implement templates and process documentation.
- Support implementation of approved business improvement initiatives.
- Analyse operational and contractor performance data and KPI reporting.
- Develop reporting frameworks for decision making.
- Consult with internal teams and support onboarding and training.
- Develop supplier engagement strategies nationally.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or equivalent experience.
- Experience in consulting, operations improvement, procurement or process optimisation.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Experience preparing KPI reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
