The Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission is an independent statutory body responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of greyhounds, safeguarding the integrity of greyhound racing and betting, and maintaining public confidence in the industry.
The Commission plays a critical role in driving reform, setting high standards of compliance, and supporting a culture of integrity across the sector.
This is a unique executive opportunity to shape strategy, drive industry reform and lead a multi-disciplinary operational team delivering integrity, compliance and race day operations across the NSW greyhound racing industry.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Integrity & Regulatory Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for leading the Commission’s integrity, compliance and race day operations.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership across regulatory oversight, inspections, investigations, stewarding, veterinarian services, anti-doping, welfare initiatives, and broader industry reform.
This role requires an accomplished executive who can lead in a complex, politically sensitive and high-profile environment, build confidence with government, industry and community stakeholders, and deliver measurable improvements in integrity, animal welfare and regulatory performance.

You will be a credible and values-driven executive with demonstrated success in leading complex regulatory, integrity, compliance, investigative or enforcement functions. You will bring:
- Proven senior executive leadership experience in racing regulations, integrity, compliance, investigations, law enforcement, animal welfare or similarly complex operational environments
- Demonstrated success leading organisational or industry-wide reform in sensitive and high-profile settings
- Strong capability in leading multidisciplinary teams and building high-performance cultures grounded in integrity, accountability and professionalism
- Sound judgement, political acumen and the ability to provide authoritative advice on complex strategic and operational matters
- Satisfactory participation in mandatory pre-employment and ongoing probity screening in accordance with the Commission’s Probity Framework
- Current valid NSW drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the state
- Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
