About the role:
Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.
Other expectations include:
Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
Multitasking & prioritisation skills
Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
No Automotive experience? No worries! Bring your personality, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to learn and we'll take care of the rest with all the training you need to succeed.
Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays. Manage planograms. Use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.
