Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Australia, providing outstanding service and support across phone and email channels.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be assisting customers with enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and email enquiries

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Provide product information and technical support

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Assist with freight and delivery enquiries

Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively

Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is resilient, customer-focused, and thrives in a busy environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:

Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, parts interpretation, or automotive aftermarket environments

Experience handling high volumes of calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands

Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly Regarded

Experience within automotive, truck, heavy vehicle, spare parts, mechanical, dealership or aftermarket industries

Parts interpretation experience

Technical automotive knowledge
