Your responsibilities will mirror your previous experience in the following key areas:
- Initial assessment of incoming tender documents and estimating on selected projects with varying values
- Pricing projects using first estimating principals
- Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities/cost plan for internal review
- Building strong relationships with trades and suppliers
- Stakeholder liaison and engagement with clients during tender stages
- Lead and mentor a small team of estimators
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree qualified
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Cubit and Procore
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
