The Oxford Hotel in Leederville is a neighbourhood pub originally built in 1906, beautifully restored and one of Leederville favourites. We pride ourselves on offering a relaxed family friendly dining experience, quality drinks and impeccable service.
Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, we also cater for Weddings and Corporate events in our purpose- built Function Centre located on the top floor.
The Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic qualified Cooks and Chefs to join our very busy kitchen brigade.
The successful applicant/s will have:
- At least 12 months of experience in the same or similar role
- Maintain food quality and consistency whilst preparing meals according to our menu
- Ability to work well and under pressure in a fast paced and busy environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of health and safety processes
- Able to take direction and work in accordance with the Head Chef
- Available to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery are preferred
This position is full-time, Salary is between $75,000 to $85,000.PA, plus superannuation depending on experience. Free on- site parking and a meal provided on shift.
