We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma or Certificate III Educator (Lunch Cover) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Schofields (120-place centre).

About the Role
As a Diploma / Certificate III Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Observe and document children's learning and development
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting (student placement experience will not be considered as relevant employment experience)
Must be able to work 10am-3pm Mon - Fri (5days)
