Responsibilities
Reporting to the Line Manager, working as a part of a collaborative team environment.
- Perform mechanical fitting and maintenance work on rail components.
- Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
- Work with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
- Assemble, maintain and repair mechanical components
Follow strict safety procedures and site protocols

Your Profile
- Certificate III in Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).
- Work to tight tolerances and high precision standards.
- Experience working in manufacturing, heavy industry, or rail highly regarded.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
Willingness to undergo CAT 3 Rail medical D&A and Police check as part of the onboarding process.

Payrate: $64.90 per hour + Super + Penalties (new EBA rates)
Contract Duration: 6 Month contract with potential extension
Day Shift : 6 AM to 2:30 PM
