An Early Childhood Teacher who:
- Has real experience supporting children with diverse needs — inclusion isn't a buzzword for you, it's how you teach and facilitate learning.
- Practises grounded in the Phoenix Cups approach — speaking the language of needs, not behaviours
- Co-regulates with calm, research-backed practice — helping children find their feet inside their feelings
- Leads a child-led program — following the spark, not the script
- Advocates fiercely for the rights of children — every voice, every day
- Brings their own passions into the room (fun is part of the curriculum)
What you'll do
Plan and deliver a rich, nature-based, play-driven program aligned with the EYLF and our philosophy. Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team. Reflect, collaborate, mentor, and grow.
Must-haves
ECT qualification (Bachelor or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
At least 5 years' experience.
Deep knowledge of the NQF and early childhood theorists.
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Working with Children Check, Police Check. Gecko training a bonus — and Bush Kindy training will be provided to the right candidate.
