Senior Operations Manager - Multi Site Executive

About the role
Donutjam is a rapidly scaling multi-site food retail brand entering its next phase of expansion. We are transitioning from founder-led operations to structured executive leadership. This is a strategic, high-level role where you will oversee multiple locations, build operational systems, and execute growth strategies. You will report directly to the founders and play a critical role in shaping the brand’s future.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L performance across all stores
- Labour optimisation and margin control
- Recruit, train, and manage Store Managers
- Implement and enforce SOPs
- Track KPIs and maintain performance dashboards
- Franchise Preparation: Create systems, manuals, and processes for franchise partners
- Lead new store openings (Calderwood, Wollongong)
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture
- Work closely with founders to execute the growth strategy
Requirements
- Proven multi-site hospitality or retail experience
- Strong financial literacy and P&L ownership
- Structured, disciplined, and growth-focused
- Comfortable making tough operational and staffing decisions
- Executive presence and leadership maturity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
