About the Role
Exciting times are ahead at The Emerald Hotel! To keep up with our growing community and popularity, we are officially extending our trading days from five days to seven days per week.
- Currently offering two shifts per week plus more for function when required. Must be available Wednesday nights. In August we will be opening 7 days so there will be more shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bar and table service to our patrons.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Food service and ensure a seamless dining experience. and bar service.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong food service experience in a pub restaurant/bistro setting.
- Certifications: A current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory.
- Personality: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
The Emerald is a South Melbourne staple known for its great atmosphere and loyal regulars.
