We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Print Production Operator to run our dye-sublimation production equipment and assist with artwork preparation.
This is a hands-on production role. If you enjoy working independently, producing high-quality finished products, and keeping a workflow moving, this role will suit you well.
The role
You’ll be responsible for preparing artwork and operating dye-sublimation equipment to produce custom graduation sashes and related products.
Daily tasks include:
- Operating dye-sublimation printers and heat presses
- Pressing and finishing graduation sashes and apparel products
- Preparing and adjusting artwork files in Illustrator
- Light production artwork work in InDesign (preferred but not essential)
- Checking alignment, colour and print quality
- Maintaining a clean and organised production workspace
- Working independently to meet daily production targets
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Photoshop
- Basic design and layout awareness
- Able to work independently and manage production tasks
- Practical, hands-on mindset
- Reliable and able to maintain consistent output during busy periods
Hours
- Casual position 2-3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday 8am-4:30pm (some flexibility with hours) until December.
This role suits someone with experience in:
- Print production
- Apparel decoration or dye-sublimation
- Signage or print shops
- Photography or photo-lab environments
- Graphic production / artwork preparation
Training will be provided for the dye-sublimation production process.
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
