We are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Restaurant Team Manager to join our team.
About the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train and manage staff
- Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and deliveries
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling and daily operations
- Support the team during busy periods
- Help maintain consistent quality across all food products
Pay: $27.08 – $33.85 per hour
