The Role:
As a support worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Providing personalized care and emotional support to meet each clients individual needs.
- Engage in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialization and well-being.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
Who We're Looking For:
- Flexibility: To meet the support needs of participants.
- Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding
- Reliability: a dependable and responsible attitude towards fulfilling your duties
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
- Experience: 6 months experience (or more) in a similar role is highly regarded.
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certificate (Essential)
- Working with Children's Check (Essential)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Essential)
- Drivers License (Essential)
- Certificate III in Disability, Ageing or Individual Support (Preferred)
