The Kitchen Steward supports the kitchen team by delivering consistent, high-quality food preparation and service outcomes within an assigned section. Operating with a premium resort environment characterised by high-volume and seasonal trade, the role applies strong trade skills, supports section readiness and contributes to efficient service delivery under the direction of senior kitchen leadership.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential)

At least 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen

Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a collaborative attitude

Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and event service

Valid working rights in Australia

Manual open driver’s licence (preferred)
