We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing team supporting a major mining and processing operation in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields region.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in structural integrity, remediation, and tank replacement works while helping establish and develop a new site-based team. Working closely with both client and operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of maintenance and project scopes.
This position is ideal for an engineer looking to broaden their project delivery experience, develop leadership capability, and contribute to the growth of a long-term operation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work closely with client engineering teams to define and develop work scopes
- Conduct site inspections and scoping activities for structural remediation and tank repair or replacement works
- Develop work packs, execution plans, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate access requirements and client-supplied resources
- Support the planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with supervisors and site crews to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Monitor project progress and support quality, cost, and schedule outcomes
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across site operations and project teams
What you’ll bring:
- Engineering degree qualification (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Structural or related discipline)
- Previous experience in mining, maintenance, construction, shutdowns, or heavy industrial environments
- Experience in structural integrity, remediation, fixed plant, asset integrity, or tank maintenance projects will be highly regarded
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively with both operational and engineering teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic site environment
