Salary package: $89,760- $105,459 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, fixed-term, 12months
The Position
The Research Officer will coordinate and conduct clinical trials focused on developing advanced mental health treatments, including TMS protocols and tACS devices for depression and other mental health conditions. Key responsibilities include participant recruitment, data management, ethics submissions, and trial-related support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to impactful research in mental health.
The Person
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Officer with experience in clinical trials or mental health research. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance. They should be capable of supporting all aspects of the conduct of a clinical trial but especially the recruitment of participants, assessment of treatment outcomes using standardised measures and ensuring through and accurate documentation.
