Job Description
Join Strait Link as an Admin Officer - Asset Maintenance and play a vital role in keeping our fleet & facilities operating safely, efficiently, and within compliance. You’ll be at the centre of our maintenance operations—coordinating schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring all maintenance activities run to plan.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule weekly Preventative Maintenance for fleet assets, ensuring compliance with tolerance bands.
- Schedule Corrective Maintenance and integrate into planned fleet maintenance cycles.
- Prepare detailed work packs and communicate schedules clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sub-contractor maintainers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and track unplanned work and defect reports, ensuring all jobs are logged and actioned appropriately.
- Ensure every task has a corresponding work order and that all work is completed in line with Strait Link CMMS procedures.
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders related to scheduled works
About You:
You bring strong organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience in maintenance scheduling or administrative coordination. You're proficient with CMMS systems such as MEX, SAP, or similar, and you communicate confidently while engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders. With a proactive, solution-focused approach, you're ready to support a high-performing maintenance team.
