Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Completions Engineer to join our team on a major Rio Tinto project in the Pilbara. Working within our Engineering Construction division, you'll play a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of project completions activities, supporting the successful handover of electrical and process systems from construction through to commissioning. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, with long-term project opportunities across our business. Working closely with construction, commissioning, engineering and client teams, you'll ensure systems are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage completions activities across assigned systems and subsystems.

Develop, maintain and monitor completions documentation, including check sheets, test packs and handover dossiers.

Liaise with construction, commissioning and client representatives to facilitate efficient system turnover.

Monitor construction progress and identify priorities to achieve planned completions milestones.

Ensure completions records are accurate, compliant and maintained within the project completions management system.

Participate in system walk-downs, inspections and turnover meetings.
What you’ll bring:
-
Experience in a Completions Engineer or Completions Coordinator role on major mining, resources, oil & gas or industrial construction projects.

Electrical trade, Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent technical background is advantageous but not essential.

Sound understanding of electrical systems, process plant operations and construction methodologies.

Experience managing completions documentation and system handovers using completions management software such as Compass, GoCompletions, WinPCS or similar is highly regarded.

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across construction, commissioning and client teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems.
