Lynwood Medical Centre - Casual Registered Nurse Vacancy
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with a genuine passion for general practice to join our friendly and supportive GP team.
This is an opportunity to become an important part of a practice where quality patient care, teamwork and community really matter.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-quality nursing care to our patients
- Health assessments and chronic disease management
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and treatment
- Health promotion and preventative care
- Assisting with procedures and clinical duties
- Supporting our GPs and working collaboratively with the practice team
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring best-practice standards are followed
About you
You’ll be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and ideally have experience in general practice with the Best Practice Clinical Software package.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, professional and genuinely patient-focused
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Passionate about preventative health and ongoing patient care
- Reliable, approachable and willing to contribute to the wider practice
- Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care
General practice experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
