In this role, you'll:
Lead the performance management and reporting function across motorway and toll road assets, delivering the systems, dashboards and insights that inform operational, commercial and strategic decision-making based on critical thinking and benchmarked data. Your work will provide a clear, integrated view of network and system performance across patronage, revenue, safety, service delivery, customer insight, asset condition and optimal lifecycle intervention.
You’ll translate complex financial, operational and customer data into meaningful insights, supporting executives and business leaders to make informed decisions or strategies that optimise customer outcomes and maximise long-term value. This includes leading performance frameworks, benchmarking activities and market analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and improved network and service performance, across current and future assets
Working closely with managers of assets, systems, services and schemes across NSW’s tolled motorways’ offering plus internal and external suppliers and stakeholders, you’ll ensure performance data drives real outcomes across contracts and assets. You’ll also lead a high-performing team, demonstrating strong analytical insight and fostering a culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous service improvement.

About you
You’re an experienced leader in performance, analytics, economic or financial insights within infrastructure, transport, customer value or asset-intensive environments. You bring strong expertise in financial modelling, lifecycle cost analysis and interpreting complex operational and commercial insights, from both listening and data.
You’ve successfully designed and implemented performance frameworks and reporting systems that identify actions and support executive decision-making. You’re highly data literate, delivered process improvements, comfortable working across multiple systems and tools, and able to turn complex information into compelling and actionable insights.
You’re a strong communicator and influencer who can engage diverse stakeholders and drive consistent performance standards. With a focus on outcomes and improvement, you bring the leadership capability to build and develop high-performing and insightful teams in a highly visible and complex operating business.
