Employee Engagement & Experience – supporting our people through every stage of their journey with best-practice HR programs and policies
Employee Relations & Compliance – Leadership of all employee relations matters and ensuring compliance across the multiple Awards, IR, OH&S and other statutory requirements
Strategic HR Leadership – executing our people strategy in line with our broader business goals
In addition to the day-to-day management of the function, the role forms part of the senior leadership team and will partner with then to execute our strategic people objectives in line with the broader business strategy.
Hours and contact days are flexible, the role may be available as a full-time or part-time role.

Essential experience
Minimum 5 years as a HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar level role
Experience within the retail industry is a bonus
Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related degree
