The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ingleburn, NSW. In this role, you will coordinate the transport of products manufactured out of the Ingleburn site, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight carriers, suppliers and customers to ensure outbound deliveries are planned, documented and completed accurately.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain environments who enjoys balancing administration, stakeholder communication and hands-on dispatch support.
Key Responsibilities-
Review job packs, identify finished goods and prepare them for delivery

Create and apply packing lists, packing labels and delivery dockets to finished goods

Prepare outbound delivery plans and update relevant stakeholders

Liaise with freight carriers to coordinate transport requirements

Manage online customer delivery portals and logistics documentation

Develop a strong understanding of the logistical process and document key procedures

Manage internal scheduling tools on a daily basis

Assist with identifying improvements to logistics processes and procedures

Uphold industry safety standards while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic workplace culture

Operate within MS Office Suite, Pronto, Adobe and logistics portals

Support the team by accepting workload and willingly helping others when required
About You
You will be a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work in a busy logistics and manufacturing environment.
Ideally, you will have:

Experience working in distribution, logistics or supply chain desirable

Forklift experience, including loading and unloading trucks and containers required

Previous exposure to Production and fabrication environments preferred

Experience using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple stakeholders

A highly motivated, team-focused approach
