The Role
You’ll be working hands-on in our workshop, contributing to the build and fit-out of our toilet and shower pods. The work is varied and detail-focused, combining traditional cabinet making with practical, durable design.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble cabinetry components for vacuum toilet pods .
- Install fixtures, fittings, and finishes
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Work with a variety of materials including laminates, plywood, and composite panels
- Ensure high-quality finishes suitable for both functional and premium units
- Collaborate with the wider production team to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker (or strong proven experience)
- Solid workshop skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- A practical mindset — problem solving is key in this role
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience with plumbing or electrical fit-outs
- Experience in modular or mobile builds
- Forklift licence
- Plastic welding experience.
Pay: $77,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
