As we expand our campus footprints and regional training programs, we are seeking a highly structured, compliance-minded Office Manager to steer our corporate office functions, optimize internal resources, and support our administrative and training personnel.
As our Office Manager, you will act as the operational and administrative anchor of Signature Training College. This position requiring an administrative professional who can confidently manage campus workflows, distribute human and physical training resources, and maintain meticulous compliance with educational standards and student management frameworks. You will directly support senior executives, trainers, domestic/international students, and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and control the ongoing daily functions and resources of the campus corporate office, setting high service standards and optimizing administrative workflows.
- Assign daily duties to front-desk and administrative support staff, monitor performance benchmarks, and coordinate internal personnel activities including onboarding, training schedules, supervision, and payroll verification.
- Supervise physical facility requirements across training spaces, allocate office equipment, and coordinate hardware, IT software, and building maintenance schedules.
- Manage the official records and financial accounts of the office; oversee invoice processing, track operational expenditures, manage basic student billing queries, and collaborate directly with our external accountants.
- Ensure all office administrative workflows, domestic/international student enrollment records, and corporate documentation strictly comply with ASQA standards, RTO frameworks, internal policies, and Work Health and Safety (WHS/OH&S) regulations.
- Serve as the primary operational link between training staff, international/domestic student support teams, corporate care-sector professionals, and executive management to coordinate schedules and facilitate swift resolution of complex administrative queries.
Requirements & Skill Level:
- An Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a highly relevant discipline.
- In the absence of a formal tertiary diploma, a minimum of three (3) years of highly relevant, full-time professional experience in senior office management or administrative coordination is required.
- Prior experience working within an RTO, educational institution, or the care/community services sector is highly advantageous.
- High capability with modern cloud-based office platforms (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), accounting software (Xero), and vocational Student Management Systems (SMS) / Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling competing operational priorities under strict deadlines.
Salary: Base salary of $90,000 per annum + superannuation
