The Opportunity
Ventia is delivering NBN Co.'s N2P Evolution Contract, a major telecommunications program supporting the expansion of Australia's fibre network and helping connect more homes and businesses to faster, more reliable broadband services.
We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. While the preferred location for this position is our Cambridge office in Tasmania, we will also consider suitably qualified candidates based in other capital cities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team contributing to one of Australia's largest telecommunications infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

Updating and maintaining a range of project registers to support the Project Delivery Team.

Administering travel requests and bookings.

Creating and maintaining compliance registers.

Managing purchase orders and associated documentation.

Taking minutes for project and toolbox meetings.

Preparing daily and weekly progress reports and updating tracking systems.

Providing general project and administrative support as required.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised administrator with experience supporting projects in fast-paced environments, ideally within the telecommunications, construction, infrastructure or maintenance sectors.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Demonstrated experience in a Project Administration or Project Coordination role.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

The ability to use initiative and proactively solve problems.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
