To be considered, you must:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

A day in a Job Success Coach role involves…
- Check in with customers in ongoing employment (from week 12 onwards) via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Provide coaching and practical support to help customers remain engaged and successful in their roles
- Identify and address workplace barriers that may impact job retention
- Foster relationships with employers to support both customer and workplace needs
- Offer guidance, problem-solving, and tailored support to improve job stability and performance
- Visit customer workplaces across the Employment Service Area when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to support retention and future opportunities
- Identify potential new opportunities with existing employers for customers where appropriate
- Record all customer and employer interactions accurately in the customer database and systems
- Gather and store evidence to support 26-week, 52-week, and ongoing support claims
- Ensure all activities meet compliance, policy, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, solve challenges, and improve customer outcomes
- Support site growth activities such as employer engagement events and pop-ups when required
