About the Position
We're looking for an organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our Ranger and Emergency Services Team.
This is a full-time position based in Tom Price, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support and wants to contribute to services that directly support the community.
Working closely with Rangers, Emergency Management personnel and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll provide administrative and customer service support across a broad range of activities. From responding to enquiries and managing records to coordinating meetings and supporting operational initiatives, you'll play an important role in helping the team deliver effective services to the community.
Note that this role is suited to local residents of Tom Price with their own accommocation.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing customer service and responding to enquiries relating to Ranger Services and Emergency Management.
- Maintaining records, databases and regulatory documentation.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, travel arrangements and administrative transactions.
- Supporting emergency management activities, meetings and community initiatives.
- Assisting with the efficient delivery of Ranger and Emergency Services operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining records, databases and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
