The Suburban Rooftop & Dining is on the lookout for passionate and reliable individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.
Located in the heart of Ringwood, The Suburban is a well-established venue featuring a vibrant downstairs dining room serving elevated pub-style food, alongside our recently refurbished rooftop bar offering cocktails all day and night. With three dynamic levels and a strong focus on functions and events, we operate 7 days a week from 12:00pm through to midnight (closing only on select public holidays).
About the Roles
We are currently hiring for both bar staff and floor staff positions.
- Minimum availability of 2 shifts per week
- Positions available across different experience levels
- Starting from Level 2 under the Restaurant Industry Award
- Opportunities for growth and progression within the venue

- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented individuals
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person
