This position is an integral part of a high performing hotel team, and a key contributor to the hotel's ongoing success.
Your responsibilities will include
Houseperson:

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors, pantries, service areas, and back-of-house spaces to Langham 5-star standards.
- Support Room Attendants by restocking linen, amenities, and supplies to pantries throughout the shift.
- Deliver and remove rollaway beds, baby cots, extra furniture, and special request items promptly and safely.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, suspicious activity, and accidents immediately to the appropriate department.
- Maintain clean, organised, and hazard-free storage areas, pantries, and service lifts.
- Deliver stock from loading bay to designated storage areas and room host pantries as required.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, responding positively to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain professional grooming and adhere to Langham uniform and appearance standards.
- Follow all hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and safe manual handling practices.
- Actively support teamwork and positive communication within Housekeeping and other departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel in Australia (preferred).
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Able to work rotating rosters, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have flexibility in your availability to meet operational needs.
