Due to our continued business growth and success, an exciting opportunity now exists in our firm for an office assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
About you:
- You could be a graduate with limited admin experience in a busy office environment.
- Ability to navigate through through MS Office.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment with varied tasks, and enjoy solving problems when required
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
